It has been over 9 months since I last blogged. I miss blogging, and though I’ve desired to return to it, I can never seem to construe my thoughts into what I would like to be a blog post. Well, let’s give it another go, then… this time, with a new theme!

I start with the first thing that enters my head (that being, of course, the answer Westminster Catechism question number 1):

Man’s chief and highest end is to glorify God, and fully to enjoy him forever.

This is my aim in life and in this blog. I hope and pray that somehow, by reading my ramblings, you will be encouraged to live a life that does the same. I plan to blog regularly, recognizing it is not a duty, but rather, a delight (I really like doing it). I make this plan, knowing that the Lord has given me the means to do it:

The heart of man plans his way,
but the Lord establishes his steps.
-Proverbs 16:9

I realize that I have a responsibility to plan, and without a plan of action, I will fail and probably never blog. Even if it is a short post, my intention is that I will post at least once a week…
